To help support The American Melanoma Foundation, please consider a donation in commemoration of a loved one or to support cause. Please note that the AMF has no paid staff, administrative members or board members, and that all help is done so voluntarily. We do this so that all donations go towards areas of need and can have a maximal impact on the community.
The American Melanoma Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) agency, Tax ID # 95-4296707, and is registered as a charitable, non-profit organization under IRS Guidelines. All donations are tax deductible. Please keep a copy of your cancelled check for tax purposes. A copy of AMF's W-9 is available for download below or by clicking here.

If your donation is in commemoration of a loved one and you would like them or a family member to be notified, please provide the email or mailing address that you would like them to be contacted at. The AMF will then notify the desired individual of your genorosity in the pursuit of fighting against melanoma.
